More Questions
The cost to produce the North America Beauty Pageant is very expensive. The remainder of your entry fee pays for prizes, airfare, and lodging for judges and production staff, advertising in publications, production costs, hotel rentals, printing entertainment, choreography, consultants, sound and lighting, stage decorations, and many additional operational expenses.
You may seek sponsors or you may pay the entry fee yourself. If you wish to recognize your sponsors, delegates can list their sponsors in their advertisement in the program book. The form for the advertisements are included with the delegate pack.
Contact us to see if the title is available. If a Casting Call event is scheduled for your state and you do not want to compete for the title but pay for it directly, ups must pay for the title 30 days prior to the Casting Call event and the title will be yours.
Payment may be made by personal check, money order, or credit cards via PayPal online to Britt@NorthAmericaBeautyPageant.com. Checks and money orders should be made payable to:
Harrison Productions, LLC
2207 McLaren Street
Burton, MI 48529
Yes. Delegates may pay the fee in full or may select a payment plan (options are above). A $195 deposit is required to initiate a payment plan. Payments of any amount must be made at least every 30 days until the total fee is received. Failure to remit payment every 30 days may result in loss of title and fees paid. Delegate’s title will be assigned and the crown and sash will be ordered only after payment has been received in full by Harrison Productions, LLC.
No. Due to extremely high production costs, we are not able to return any payments. Please make sure you are able to participate in the pageant before sending any funds. All fees paid to Harrison Productions, LLC are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission tickets and any other fees paid to Harrison Productions, LLC.
Yes. This is explained in more detail in your delegate packet. The delegate who purchases the most advertisements in the program book receives the Spirit Award.
This depends on if you have a state director. If you report directly to the national director from winning your title at a Casting Call event or pay your fee directly, then yes, in fact, we encourage it! We only ask that the state and regional winners compete in the Final Event and they come back and crown their successor if a state casting call is held. If you become an international titleholder, you are bound by the required 12 appearances in your North America Beauty crown and sash during your year of your reign.
Yes. Every delegate receives a crown and rhinestoned sash (a value of $300!).
The order will be placed for your crown and sash immediately upon receipt payment in full of the entry fee. Crowns generally take about 2-3 weeks to come in. Sashes usually take 4-6 weeks. If you are scheduled for an appearance and need these items quicker, just let us know and we can put a rush on the order or have the items shipped directly to you from our vendor. In these cases, you will be asked to pay the “rush” fee charged by our vendors and/or the shipping.
